He was predeceased by : his parents, David Church and Patricia Church (Stanhope); and his granddaughter Ellie Mikkelson. He is survived by : his wife April; his siblings, Paul Church (Heather) and Amy Church; his stepchildren, Brandon Mikkelson (Janelli) and Cassie Quall (Brandon); his grandchildren, Lucy, Jude Mikkelson, Scarlett and Raelynn Quall; his nephew Tyler Church; his stepmother Judy Church; and his stepsiblings, Nancy Eckelberg (Dave), Dean Marquardt (Donna), Lori Marquardt and Gene Marquardt (Tracy).
