He was predeceased by : his mother Loretta Lormis (Owens); and his sister Alice Beauprey. He is survived by : his father Charles Lormis; his wife Christine Koch; his children, Micah Koch (Samantha), Leah Davis (Michael), Carissa Costigan (Jason) and Collin Koch (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ezra, Ariana, Jude, Audrey and Skylar; his siblings, Charles Lormis (Bonnie), Roy Lormis (Kathy), Bob Lormis (Laura) and Cindy Fesler (Myron); his parents-in-law, Jerome and Marge Steger; and his siblings-in-law, John Beauprey, Jason Steger, Dorothy Steger and Jared Steger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made in David Lormis' name to Pentecostal House of Prayer church in Horicon.
