He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Herman and Catherine Herman; and his daughter Elizabeth Herman. He is survived by: his close friend Marge Geshke; his children, Anne Kotecki (Dean), Richard Herman (Consuelo) and Melissa Hartung (Jim); his grandchildren, Danielle, Michelle, Sarah, Jessica, Josh, Jacob and Joey; and his great grandchildren, George, Waverly, Inga and Harriet. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
