He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Dallas E Anderkin (Tezza), Sarah Abhold (Mike), Stacy Miller (Nate) and Krista Salm (Nick); and his grandchildren, Julie Aschenbach (Nik), Madison, Kiersyn Miller, Damian, Nick, Paul Brandon (Rachel), Kohwen Anderkin, David, Billy Schmitt, Carson, Hudson Miller, Mason and Eli Salm. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
