Lothar C.W. Hoppe Obituary

Of Hubertus, found peace on June 15, 2026, at the age of 93 years. Lothar was born on June 19, 1932, a son of Walter and Johanna Hoppe.

Lothar was a passionate gardener and nature enthusiast; he was happiest when spending time outside surrounded by nature and animals. Known as a handyman, he loved tinkering with things and working on projects. Lothar adored spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor, kind heart, and gentle spirit. He will be dearly missed by his son, Patrick (Jeanne) Hoppe; grandchildren, Courtney Hoppe, Brandon Hoppe; sister, Renate Schumann; niece and nephews, Elizabeth, Claus, Franz and Charles; and his beloved granddog, Penny. Lothar was preceded in death by his parents, and beloved wife Elisabeth. The burial for Lothar will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at 11AM at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield. Please meet in the green parking area of the cemetery.
