He was predeceased by : his father James Lawrence McCaffrey. He is survived by : his wife Amy McCaffrey; his mother Catherine McCaffrey; and his siblings, Cynthia Zahnow (William), Bryon Bohl (Christine) and Cheryl Agen. He is also survived by nephews, niece, other relatives, friends.
