He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Hogen and Marie'Blanche' Hogen (Steiner); his siblings, Allen, John and Mary Olive Hines; and his sister-in-law Carol Hogen.
He is survived by : his sisters, Beverly Thome (Joe) and Dianne Stiles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; in-laws, other relatives and friends.
