He was predeceased by : his parents, Roger Cavanaugh and Judy Cavanaugh. He is survived by : his sons, Jeremy (Jordan) and Curtis Cavanaugh; his sisters, Lori Gebhard (Roger) and Monica Kamm (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Jessica, Brad Marcello, Nathan, Abby, Maggie and Luke Kamm; and his close friend Millie Palmer.
