She is survived by : her husband Anthony Zappa; her children, Marc Zappa (Kim), Gary Zappa and Maria Moberg; and her grandchildren, Alexandra, Nicholas, Kristine, Julia, Sophia Zappa, Nicole and Marcus Moberg.
