In the vast expanse of eternity, Merle shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Merle farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Haapoja and Florence Haapoja; her husband Alden; and her granddaughter Kelsey. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Linda), Julie (Jim), Mark (Sandy) and Mary (Mark). She is also survived by ses 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
