Nancy Cassutt Ison Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Cassutt and Joyce Cassutt. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Ison; her daughters, Kathryn Skarnes (Craig) and Allison Ison (Scott Morrison); her granddaughters, Esme and Lena Skarnes; her brothers, Michael (Cindy) and Mark Cassutt; and her brother-in-law Luther Ison (Deanne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (4537 3rd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. In 2019 she became Managing Director of News at MarketPlace, the business and economics radio show in Los Angeles owned by MPR's parent company, American Public Media (APM), where she helped guide the newsroom during the Covid 19 pandemic.
