With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Alan Whitcomb of Hudson, Wisconsin, born in Sterling, Colorado, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Alan Whitcomb to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thayne C. Whitcomb and Faye E. Whitcomb (Olson); and his half-sister Mary Ann Johnson. He is survived by : his children, Lane of Hudson, Lisa Denny (Scott) of Hudson and Joanie Rumpeltes (JJ) of Sun Valley, Idaho; his brother Gerald Whitcomb (Maryanne) of Sun Valley; and his grandchildren, Kate (Alex Berezansky), Jason, Kristin Denny, Bennett Whitcomb, Jack and Haven Rumpeltes.

Memorials in lieu of flowers can be contributed to First Presbyterian Church of Hudson, Hudson Backpack and Food Program and Hudson Area Public Library.
