We announce the death of Robert Van Driel (Hudson, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 89. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Driel and Ann Van Driel (Mouw). He is survived by: his wife Delores Cathleen Van Driel (De Goei); his children, Cory Van Driel (Deb), Wade Van Driel (Jennifer) and Sarah Dean (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Jesse Van Driel, Ashley Remer (Bobby), Dylan Van Driel (Maddy), Kayla Howard (Dima), Charlie Dean and Audrey Dean; his sister-in-law Chris Van Driel; his son Troy Van Driel; and his siblings, Velma Boonstra (Norm) and Don Van Driel. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hudson Funeral Home Chapel (520 11th St, Hudson, WI 54016). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
