He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Berg and Erma Baker; his wife MaryAnn "Mickey" Berg; his grandson Christian Rakoczy; his siblings, William Baker, David Berg and Barbara Berg; and his stepparents, Adeline Berg and Leonard Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Robin, Jr. Berg (Julie), Timothy Berg (Rebecca) and Stefanie Rakoczy (Greg); his grandchildren, Caleb, Elijah Berg, Valerie and Bridget Rakoczy; and his sisters, Margaret "Meg" McChesney (Jim), Janet Hanson, Sharon Comerford (Joe) and Diane Berg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
