He is survived by: his daughter Ann Elizabeth; his wife Sandy Moline; his brother Harold Moline; his children, John Moline (Leslie) and Mialisa Moline Collins (Christopher); his granddaughters, Jessica Davison (Pat), Abigail Anderbard (James), Rebecca Hubbard and Rachel Moline; his sisters-in-law, Sally Bair and Kay Moline; his nieces and nephews, Lori Bantz, Cherrie Moore, Janel Moline, Wende Moline, Brenda Moline-Bass, Paul Hjulberg (Lisa), Alan Hjulberg, Donovan Gustafson (Terri), Jarl Gustafson (Kathleen), Chris Moline, Bruce Moline, Mike Moline (Tracey), Wade Moline and Charlie Moline; his great grandchildren, Marion Andrews, Oriana Davison, Vivienne Davison and Gavin Davison; his great-niece Diane Bartlein (Gina); and his great-nephew Dan Bartlein.
