She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Urbanski and Eva Urbanski (Zazeski); her husband Michael J. Andrashie; and her siblings, Caesar Urbanski, Edward Urbanski and Irene Augustiniak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
