We bid farewell to Marci M. Uremovich of Hurley, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 4, 2025 at the age of 79. Marci touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Uremovich and Margaret Uremovich (Selves); her son Ryan Steven Conhartoski; her close friend Roman Conhartoski Sr.; her grandson Dylan Conhartoski; her sister Ann Danielson; and her pets, Bambi, Meshak, Koyjia, Maggie and Suzie.
She is survived by: her brother Steve Uremovich (Gloria) of Two Harbors, MN; her children, Roman Conhartoski (Patti) of Hurley, WI, Gina Conhartoski (Nicole) of Minneapolis, MN and Nathan Conhartoski (Renee) of Hurley, WI; her grandchildren, Tom Conhartoski (Marisa), Cory Conhartoski (Ellyn) and Trever Conhartoski (Kaitlyn); her great grandchildren, Rylan, Aydan, Calvin, Landon, Carson, Everleigh, Elilah and Easton; and her close friends, Gisela Lusa, Lois Fruik and Gloria Uremovich. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKevitt-Patrick Funeral Home (305 N Lowell St, Ironwood, MI 49938). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
It was an era of malt shops, mining, milkmen on morning routes, watching Johnny Carson late night TV, and the familiar worn community envelope making its rounds for the American Cancer Society.
