He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Smick and Eleanore Smick (Maule); his siblings, James and Patricia; and his sister-in-law Nancy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Pelowski (Al), Ann Grossman (Jerry), Ellen Drangstveit (Larry) and John Smick (Joannie).
