He is survived by: his children, Dori Pulse (Bob) of Eau Claire, WI, Bryan Slaby (Sandy) of Oxford, AR, Denise Murnane (Ray) of Sparta, WI and Gerald Slaby (Lastenia) of Stephenville, TX; his grandchildren, Travis, Derek Olson, Valerie McCormick, Mandy Kramer, Matthew Slaby, Jason Boberg, Denielle Wolfe, Rachel, Michael, Samuel Murnane, Bailey Tempel, Gerald and Sofia Slaby; and his stepgrandsons, Marcus Easterby and Christian Ceron. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
A heart valve replacement August 5, 2020, and the Covid shut-down took a toll on him and his need for socialization.
