She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Helgeson and Rita Helgeson (Lyga) of Independence; her husband Lonnie Lee; her brother Jim Helgeson; her parents-in-law, Margaret and Tilford Lee; her brothers-in-law, Hansel Lee and Charles Lee; Barb Yapp, Ann Halama and Judy Schlesser.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Franzwa (Paul) of Mondovi and Nathan Lee (Carmen) of Independence; her grandchildren, Jenna Robinson (Ethan) of Charlotte, NC, Ryleigh Franzwa (Tyler Radatz) of Eau Claire, Jonah and Greta Lee of Independence; her siblings, Ellen "Ellie" Hayes (Rob Irving) of Budapest, Hungary, Michael Helgeson (Patricia) of Oak Creek, John "Jack" Helgeson (Anne), Mark Helgeson (Patti) of Independence, Thomas "Snug" Helgeson (Kris) and Greg Helgeson (Carolyn) of Eau Claire; her sisters-in-law, Pauline Helgeson of Independence, Sue Lee of New Berlin and Lois Walek (Jim) of Milwaukee; and her friend Sister Kathleen Welscher of Rochester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
