He is survived by: his wife Deb Molumby; his children, Michael Bork (Carrie), Shireen Renaghan (Ted), Erich Parr Bork (Breanne), Molly Fawcett (Chris) and Adam Bork (Aimee); his grandchildren, Austin, Garrett Bork, Evan Renaghan, Henry, Adeline Parr Bork and Waylon Fawcett; and his siblings, Bob (Patrice), Damian, Fred (Lori), Tom Bork (Tami), Bernita Narvaes (Fred), Judy Pieper (Junior), Joanie Pieper (Tom), Rosie Dowiasch (Ken), Lois Zuelke (Steve) and Susie Pearson (Scott). He is also survived by 11 brother and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
