He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki; his mother Charlene "Charlie" Bellows; and his brother David Bellows. He is survived by: his father Duane Bellows; his children, Vanessa Boutott (James) and Justin Bellows (Colleen); his grandchildren, Adrianna, Alexander and Aiden Boutott; and his siblings, Susan (Joe), Mark Bellows (Kim), Connie Bellows, Tim Bellows, Phillip Bellows and Susie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
