She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Orsted and Patricia Orsted; her in-laws, Marty and Donna Knauer; her brother Greg Orsted; and her brother-in-law Jim Knauer.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Knauer; her son Nick (Brittany); her granddaughters, Olivia, Tailynn and Mia; her siblings, Ervin, Patty (Richard), Cliff, Michelle, Keith (Heidi), Marty and Mark (Lori); and her sisters-in-law, Kris Killoren, Marcia Rechner and Sue Knauer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
