He is survived by: his parents, Vernon Cady and Jodey Cady (Koss); his wife Kelsey Cady (Borth); his children, Jace and Rylie; his brother Glenn (Jessica Cady); his children, Shaylynn, Nevaeh, Skylar and Lincoln; his sister Leah (Patrick Lemmer); his children, Isaac, Grace and Xavier; his parents-in-law, Mark and Lauren Borth; and his brother-in-law Aaron Borth.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
