He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Staral and Dorothy Staral (Ducak); his daughter Mellinda Staral; and his brother David Staral. He is survived by : his wife Mary Staral (Matthews); his daughter Stacy Peterson (Rick) of Iola; his grandchildren, Whitney Murphy (Coty) and Mallory Tomczak (Jordan Richter); his son Raymond Staral Jr. (Shannon) of Waupaca; his granddaughters, Hannah and Libby; his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Matthew; his brother Dennis Staral (Diane) of Illinois; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (453 S Main St, Amherst, WI 54406). A Mass was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
