He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Myhre and Jean Myhre (Raschke); his siblings, Tom and Ann Terry; and his nephew Matthew Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Myhre; his sister Patty Leslie (Hayward); and his nephews, David Leslie (Megan), Derek Leslie (Katie), Daniel Terry and Michael Terry (Jessica). He is also survived by 3 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
