He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis C. Stephans and Ingaborg W. Stephans; and his siblings, Virginia Wanke, Lee Stephans, George Stephans and Jack Stephans.
He is survived by: his wife Roxy A. Stephens; his children, Jeffrey Stephens (Angie), Theresa Perez (Carlos), Jon Stephens (Bernice), Cory Tracy (Damicela) and Kim Tracy; and his siblings, Harvey Hubbard, Dan Stephans (Karen) and Cheryl Schmidt (Vern). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
