He is survived by: his wife Kathleen R. Birtzer; his children, Angela Erickson (Danny), David Cribben and Matthew Blum; his granddaughter Valerie Lawrence; his brother Douglas Lawrence; his granddaughter Madilynn Stowe; and his great grandchild Lauralie Stowe.
