We announce the death of Andreya C. Below of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 59. She was predeceased by: her father Henry L. Below; her child Arious T. Below; her brother Titus White; and her grandparents, Ozzie, Evie L. Evans, William and Betty Below.
She is survived by: her mother Ethel E. Evans Below; her siblings, Henry Below of Beloit, Wisconsin and Debbie Mills (John) of Brandon, Mississippi; and her aunts and uncles, Betty Brown, Lillie Evans, Evelynn Stegall, Martha Tucker (Dennis), Wiley Caradine, Sidney Evans, Howard Kilgore, Oberia Foster, James Evans, Joel Below, Pearline Davis (Lester), Johnny Evans (Mary), N. B. Carter (Mary) and Barbara Rucker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
