It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlen W. Evans of Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Olney S. Chester and Viola S. Chester (Bluhm); and her spouse Carl''Bud'E. Evans. She is survived by : her children, Carl'Terry' Evans (Julie) of Oswego, IL, Deborah Millard (Jim) of Janesville, WI, Randi Evans (Gail) of Poneto, IN and Tammy Sparby (Scott) of Janesville, WI; her grandchildren, Kyle Kelly (Taylor Hagemann), Brian Evans (Stephanie), Jessica Lawent (Jesse), Ben Evans, Ashley Evans, Sarah Herset (Nate), Matthew Sparby (Megan) and Nathan Sparby; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Audrey Evans, Jemma, Joanie Lawent, Nolan, Evelyn Kelly, Noelle, Norah Herset and Sadie Sparby.

Memorials are to the St. Paul's Lutheran School.
