We are sad to announce that, on August 22, 2022, at the age of 69, Charles Bailey of Janesville, Wisconsin, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Blair Bailey and Ruby Louise Bailey (Rittenhaus); his siblings, Wanda Bailey, John Bailey and Del "Skip" Bailey; and his nephew Mike Bailey.

He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Jewell; his brothers, James Lee Rittenhaus, Archie Blair Bailey (Adele Grangaard) and Dick Bailey (Sondra); and his sister-in-law Diane Bailey.
