He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clark and Helen Clark (Lobenstein); his wife Carol; his daughter Rita Clark; and his siblings, Bill, Gerald, Dick, Bob Clark and Donna Ritchart.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Clark of Phoenix, AZ and Dave Clark (Jennifer) of Janesville; his grandsons, Noah and Evan Clark; and his great grandchild Reyia "Sweeitie" Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
