He is survived by: his father David Lee Dewey; his wife Allysa Dewey; his sons, Christian Doty and Damien Dewey; his mother Katherine Stephens-Dewey; his siblings, Michael Stephens (Joann), Lori Stephens, Robert Stephens (Tammy) and Holly Dewey; and his grandmother Violet White. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
