He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Vierk and Clara Vierk (Young); his daughter Michelle Satchell (Michael); and his siblings, James and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Jean Hinze; his siblings, Robert, Wayne (Linda) and Shirley; his children, Staci Nielson (Kevin) and Jeramy Vierk (Alma); and his grandchildren, Ashley Richardson, Rachael Eisenhart, Amanda Block (Jared), Matthew Nielson, Brianna Vierk, Cameron Bangasan and Natalie Thatcher. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Memorials to St. Paul's School would be greatly appreciated by the family.
