He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Powers and Dorothy Powers (Thompson); his sons, Jimmy and Shawn; and his sister Virginia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheri Vasquez, Crystal Kingston (Adam), Amber Ryan (Jacob) and Alyson Powers (Brandon); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Khalil, Chase, Jillian, Keala, Phoenix, Olivia, Haylee, Gwynn and Taylor; and his brothers, David Powers (Sandy) and Daniel Powers (Gloria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
