He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bohms and Janette Bohms (Yunker); his wife Deborah Hendrickson; and his siblings, Tim Bohms and Bonita Thostenson (Don).
He is survived by: his son Matt Bohms (Yoanna); his grandchildren, Lillyanna, Owen, Gwendolyn and Magnolia; and his sisters, Linda Phelps (Lee) and Lucinda Seidel (Allen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
