With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eldora Bohland (Janesville, Wisconsin), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Eldora left this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruell M. DeGarmo and Darlene H. DeGarmo (Halverson); her husband Lyle Bohland; her parents-in-law, Otto and Loneta Bohland; her brothers-in-law, Ray Nickelatti and Gene Zink; and her niece Tammi DeGarmo.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Avalos (Tony) of Janesville, William "Bill" Bohland of Janesville and Scott Bohland (Lynn) of Merrillan, WI; her grandchildren, Michelle Carney (Francisco), Jennifer Bohland and Sydney Bohland; her great grandchildren, Tavon, Antoine, Jaleigh and Mia; her siblings, JoAnn Nickelatti, Marv DeGarmo (Linda) and Mark DeGarmo (Becky); and her siblings-in-law, Rita Zink and Larry Bohland (Phyllis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Apfel Wolfe Funeral Home (21 S Austin Rd, Janesville, WI 53548). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in her name may be made to Southern Wisconsin Humane Society or Rock County Cancer Coalition.
