He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer E. Moen and Bernice I. Moen (Berland); his siblings, Georgia May Moen, Clayton Moen and Mona Moen; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Hager, George "Silver" McGrath and Leo Lang.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline Moen of Janesville; his children, Zachary Moen of Janesville and Erika Schneider (Myles) of Janesville; his siblings, Bonnie Hager, Lola McGrath, Georgia Lang, Barbie Dorner (Randy) and Jim Moen (Donna); his sister-in-law Sharon Moen; and his godchildren, Rick Hager, Tina Lang and Sheryl McGrath. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Apfel Wolfe Funeral Home (21 S Austin Rd, Janesville, WI 53548).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in Bud's name.
