We are sad to announce that, on December 8, 2022, at the age of 82, Ethel E. Harper of Janesville, Wisconsin, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Turon Harper and Ethel Harper (Sisco); her siblings, Ellen Tompkins, Dorothy Stenseth and Turon Harper; her former husband Ronald Moen; and her grandson Alan Oliver.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmie Harper, Rosena Herrick and Clara Aubart; her children, Kari Oliver (LeRoy), Keith Moen (Karen), Kevin Moen, Kathryn Cox (Louis) and Kimberly Crawford (Melvin); and her grandchildren, Ronald Oliver, Andrew Oliver, Kory Moen, Joshua Cox, Jacob "Cody" Cox, April Vance, Antwain Crawford and Angela Crawford. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
