He is survived by: his wife Donna Johnson (Kinderman); his children, Bruce Johnson and Tammy Jacowski (Douglas); his grandchildren, Brandon LaVeen (Tasha), Justin Johnson, Cory Jacowski and Janelle Brauncowski (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Caleb LaVeen, Chelsea LaVeen and Stella Jacowski.
