He is survived by: his children, Jerry of Janesville, Katie Davis of Janesville, Alicia of Janesville, Joe Clark of Janesville and Andrew Davis of Janesville; his grandchildren, Griffin, Braaten Davis, Henry and Hayden Clark; his wife Kim; his siblings, Dave Davis (Connie), Mike Davis (Debbie) and Barb Walker; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Braaten (Kathy), Pamela Alberico and Stephanie Hanson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to Janesville Youth Football or the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin in Jerry's memory.
