He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Reilly; his children, Mary Sue Reilly (Tim Kauppinen), Michael Reilly (Kerry), Brian Reilly (Jayci), Maggie Salatino (Chris), Jim Reilly (Amanda) and John Reilly (Rachel); his grandchildren, Tierney Doubet (Cody) and Calvin Reilly (Jayde); his great grandchild Laramie Lou; his grandchildren, Evan Reilly, Jayce Reilly, Reilly Salatino, Joey Salatino, Claire Salatino, Rachael Reilly, Emmett Reilly, Taylor Jo Reilly, Emma Reilly, Callen Reilly and Kelsie Janet (David); his great grandchild Thomas; his grandchild Kambria Kauppinen (Dylan Gumz); his great grandchild Wrenlee; his grandchildren, Kiala Kauppinen, Kadon Kauppinen and Keion Kauppinen; and his sister Virginia Hirsch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. William School or for a Mass to be said in John's memory.
