He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Theresa Collins of Stevens Point, Natalie Sartell (Jon) of Waukesha, Christopher Collins (Sharlet) of Janesville, Cynthia Hackett (David) of Janesville, Catherine Pierson (Scott) of Janesville, Patrick Collins (Mandy) of Middleton, Michael Collins of Janesville, Jodi Collins (John Lawrence) of Janesville and Jennifer McBride (Jordon) of Janesville; his grandchildren, Christa Mintz (Matthew), Stephanie DeBoer (Jeffrey), Kelsey Hackett, Kayley Hackett, Alexandra Pierson, Jacob Hackett (Melanie), Sarah Sartell, Samantha Pierson, Benjamin Pierson, Emily Lambert (Cayden), Bryn McBride, Matthew McBride, Elizabeth Pierson, Miles McBride and Ethan Collins; his great grandchildren, Lydia Mintz and Lucia Lambert; and his siblings, Joann Endres, Joseph Collins (Marge) and Rita Mislivecek (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
