He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Flora and Ruth Flora (Keever); his daughter Marci Flora; his sister Betsy Moss; and his in-laws, Bernard and Irene Tracy.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Tracy of Mary's Church; his children, Cindy Flora and Tom Flora; his daughter-in-law Sue; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kaczmarek (Dave) and Abbi Flora (Myles); his great grandchildren, Nick, Zack and Ryan Kaczmarek; his sister Debbie Dye (Wayne); his siblings-in-law, Paul Tracy (Lee) and Sue Tracy (Sandy); and his caregivers, Kristina, Maria and Jon. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
