He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Glende (Larry) and Barbara Hall; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Glende Jr. (Andrea), Danielle Glende, Kalde (Glen) of Arizona, Michael Hall (Robin), Amber McNulty and Melissa McNulty.
