Joseph M. Scanlon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph M. Scanlon in Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Joseph departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joseph leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Scanlon and Lois Scanlon; and his brother Tim Scanlon. He is survived by: his son Chris Scanlon; and his siblings, Shari Garvalia (Jim), Gregg Scanlon and Steve Scanlon. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great grandchild.
