He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LeRoy and Elsie Mae Henke (Hemiller). He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Arnold; his children, Jeffrey Henke (Ariana) and Jensen Kowal (Robert); his grandchildren, Jace and Lilah Kowal; and his brother Dave Henke (Rebecca).

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Apfel Wolfe Funeral Home (21 S Austin Rd, Janesville, WI 53548).
