He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary T. Newlin (Andrejeski) and Alvin R. Newlin; his wife Kim A. Newlin; and his brother Johnny Newlin. He is survived by: his son Steven P. Newlin of Janesville; and his siblings, Susan Thomas (Eugene), Pat Newlin (Deb), Jim Newlin (Leise), Bill Newlin (LuAnn) and David'Pinky' Newlin (Jill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
