He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Martin Ryder and Frances Ethel Ryder (Cady); his wife Bonnie Mae Schumacher; his siblings, Stella Hartwick, Veronica Teal (Francis) and Patrick Ryder (Shirley); and his daughter-in-law Deborah Fancher-Ryder.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Mathews (Richard), Michele McGarvie (Doug), Daniel Ryder, Doreen Ryder and David Ryder; his grandchildren, Sara Mathews (Benjamin Sturtzen), Michael Mathews (Samantha), Jennifer Heyerdahl (Tyler), Joshua Andrews (Heather), Andrew McGarvie, Ashli Carlson (Wyatt), Shannon Van Beek (Derrick), Justin Ryder (Maribeth), James Richardson (Ashley), Tara Richardson (Caleb Thiele) and Britani Stephenson; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Alexander, Mitchell, Wynona, Sophia, Carter, Cayden, Cullen, Charlotte, Carolyn, Brantley, Addison, Lincoln, Paisley, Lorelai, Alina and Emma; his brother Joseph Ryder; and his friend Mary Kapheim. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
