He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Donald and Rosella Bernadine "Rosie" Frank (Gooch); his great grandchild Sophie Martinson; and his brothers, Roy Frank and Roger Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Susan Schoen, Sally Wallner (Neal), Julie Frank, Daniel Frank, Joel Frank (Maureen), Scott Frank (Cathie), Jeff Valentine and Philip Frank (Mark Pocan); his sister Connie Mitchell (Terry); and his sister-in-law Linda Frank. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Orphan Grain Train or St. Paul's Lutheran Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
